BONUS CHALLENGES

THESE MAY BE BONUS CHALLENGES BUT ARE ESSENTIAL TO BUILDING GOOD HABITS AND BEING AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE NOT ONLY PHYSICALLY BUT MENTALLY.

1. Read a book, at least 10 pages each day. 

2. Stay organized, keep your room and vehicle neat. Make your bed first thing in the morning. 

3. Write down some goals for yourself each day and practice gratitude by journalling your thoughts and ideas. 

4. Stretch every day!
