These are the main details of the challenge. Follow these and you can change your life.

Eat Smart - Make the right choices, count your calories, understand what you are putting into your body and what your body reactions well to.

No Cheat Days - This isn't to say that you can't indulge in a cheat meal every so often, but understand the consequences of doing so. Do not let it become a trend.

Drink Gallon of Water - Every day. No unnecessary sugary drinks.

Workout 6 Times a Week - Go hard and be smart. Find a routine that works for you. No excuses. This isn't the time to be lazy. One day should also be dedicated to active recovery.

Take a Progress Pic - At the start of each new week, weigh in and keep track of how your body is changing.

At Least 8 Hours of Sleep - Sleep helps you recover and keeps your mind fresh. Don't skip this step!
